People who contact Comfortablelegacy Concrete deserve fair treatment. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page describes how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or messaged Comfortablelegacy Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If something is wrong with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Comfortablelegacy Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@comfortablelegacy.surf and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
